So I was going to take advantage of the Ram employee pricing but the dealership low balled me on trade. I get it they have to make it up somewhere. Anyway now that I am going to keep my truck for a while was thinking of de badging. I have a silver truck and I like the chrome letters but wonder if it would look better with out them?

Set of black wheels and debadge.
Idk why but debadging looks great with a set of black wheels but plain with stockers.

Just my opinion, but when you look at most of your luxury and performance vehicles, the have minimal badging to not take away from the lines of the design. Ram trucks have always had an extremely muscular look and I feel all the badges and lack of time designing them just takes your eye away from that fact.
I rebadged mine, BUT I liked the design of the charger/challenger HEMI badge so I put a set of those on the fender, more understated, but still screams "I do have a hemi" lol.

I say debadge. It cleans up the truck. Ram went crazy and put way too many badges on the trucks making it look cluttered. Them overdoing it pushed me to taking off every badge I could. 69051eb85449178db325e4c992580ed9.jpg

I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but man, do they ever come up with some great ideas.

I pulled off all the "Dealer Advertising" badging, left the rest. But since I got a MY 19, got that Big Hood Badges ne way. I could pull, but then U got (2) holes either side, LMAO. Figured just leave it. My truck occupies a spot out front of homestead most of time. MY next Big mission is new tires, SRA gotta go....

Did leave the "limited" badge on my current one cause I actually don't mind it. It's kind of hard to even see it and since I'm leaving some chrome on this truck (and running boards for once), I like the way the strip runs parallel with the door handles and running boards. Did remove the awful longhorn badges though, as well as the hemi and 4x4 badges.

I've taken off all the badges on 3 of my 4 Ram pickups but decided to leave one on the CTD which is the black & red Cummins badge.
