Debadge question

The day after I bought the truck I noticed some primer above the paint under the clearcoat on the tailgate so back to the dealership it went. After they repainted they stuck new badges back on. So this was about 2 months ago, how long would you wait to debadge on fresh red paint? Think it's been long enough?

LOL probably could of told them to leave them off. But, I'm sure it's fine to take em off by now.

Two months should be plenty of time. I will warn you though, a friend of mine had some flaws fixed in both of his front doors and they re-badged it (this was all before he agreed to take delivery)...when he went to debadge it there is a clear outline of the badges. I think they stuck them on before the clear was hardened. He now has to take it back again.

Cool thanks, I'll remove them once the new wheels, tires, and headlights get delivered which should be in the next month or so. I'll start with the tailgate and if that looks ok move to the doors.
