Hey guys going back to this truck I posted before,
Cars for Sale: 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Truck 4x4 Quad Cab SLT in Hoffman Estates, IL 60169: Truck Details - 315073265 - AutoTrader.com

Do you think this is too many mods done to a truck to really trust it. I would only offer the guy 10 or 11k. Not any higher. I'd also have my mechanic check it out and a buddy of mine who has a 3500 CTD. If the owner actually has the receipt for the billet torque converter isnt that a big plus for the truck? Thanks!!

Not really MODDED per say , it has a tuner and exhaust .
Looks to me the old OEM TQ took a crap and killed the trans , so they rebuilt the trans and put in a new TQ ... thats a good thing . But make sure to get the paperwork on the tran rebuild .

Over all I think that truck is worth it . Its not heavy on the mods its common on the mods .

Say everything checks out, what would be the highest you guys would be willing to pay on this. Kbb says 10,500 but I don't really think kbb is relevant anymore. Especially if the trans is truly rebuilt.

A rebuilt trans won't make a difference in price if he traded it in so it shouldn't really cost you anymore

10, 500 -11,000 seems right here in Illinois . It has very low miles (just broke in ) at 100k so you are buying a truck with 40k ish miles .

I would buy it if I didnt already own one .
