DEF system

I'd like to here from others if possible . two weeks ago my trucks engine light came on and the message DEF system needs service next day truck stated 300 km's to running at 8 kph took it to the dealer first stating module for it was shot NONE avalible now they are saying that the DEF heater is also shot I only have 129,000 km's on it pretty much a sunday drive , oh and it's a 2013

I had the same issue. Out of the blue with the def tank full I got a engine light the def light come on 200 miles till 5 mph. Dodge dealer says it’s a bad pump but I am not convinced.
P203B and P203F were the codes.
I tried to clear them but they came back.
$2500.00 there quoting. F***ing rediculous
