Desperate for help

I have installed a new sport front bumper and added fog lights. I bought the harness from mpgrimm and the Mopar harness for the lights themselves. Have brand new switch and bulbs. Set everything in alfaobd and the lights turn on then off then on and off and stay off. I have checked voltage at connectors and tried different bulbs with no luck. I reached out to mpgrimm with no luck there either. Can anyone suggest any other things to check? I Really want to get this sorted. TIA

Which settings exactly did you set in AlfaOBD? Are there any codes stored?

When you say "checked voltage", what was the reading, and was this at the very end, where the fogs plug in ?
