Develop fuel tank

Hi!

Can somebody tell me, how i can develop my fueltank.
The owner bevor me, build in a "Tankentnahme" (sorry, I don't know the english word :-( ) it's used for the webasto heater - see the picture. This "Tankentnahme" don't work now, no fuel comes out - so I have to make a new "Tankentnahme" on the top of the fuel tank

no, it's a little pipe, which is in the fuel tank, to take out fuel for the webasto heater.
With the webasto heater you can warm up the cooling fluid
