First of all I am new to this Forum so thanks for such a great forum! I have a 2013 RAM 1500 Hemi 5.7 with K&N CAI, Flowmaster FlowFX direct fit, and Diablo Sport I3 with Diablo Tune "canned" tune.

I have done some data logging with the I3 and I see when I do WOT logging the TPS Absolute % will not go more than 85.88% and Throttle Blade % will not go more than 76.22%, all of this per the I3 data log. This is the stock Throttle Body. I have performed all the TPS resets that I have read on this forum, and no matter what, the data log continues to show these numbers.

The truck seems to run fine, but I am just curious if with the computer thinking the TPS is not at 100% is it leaving performance on the table??

Here is a link to the screenshot of the latest data log.

So after doing some searching here and google, it appears it will never show 100% TPS... Sorry for the wild goose chase and not searching better before posting.

If you custom tune it it will go higher. Saw mine around 95% I think on a good run. I’ll have to take my tablet and actually log it to find out because I wasn’t exactly paying attention to that. So take what I said with a grain of salt.

Knowing how intricate their programing is, it's probably throttle% by gear.

Get on the freeway. See if 5th or 6th on the 8 speed or 4th on the 6 speed gets closer to 100%

That could be an easy way for throttle manipulators to freak the truck out.
