Well I got locked out of my trinity last week by going to the dealer and forgetting to set back to stock. I called support on friday and was unlocked. Yesterday morning I tried to install diablos 93 performance tune back into the truck. After waiting for the backup it says cannot backup appears to be a trinity tune. I then scroll down to click the tab restore to stock and it says backup never saved or is a trinity tune. I then go into options and check last tune written...it says not married to vehicle. Im not sure what to do now? I have the original backup saved in my emails and on my computer from being in contact with hemifever. Will diablo be able to help me fix this if I call in the morning?

Yes, call DS tomorrow as they can help you.

I am pretty sure that you cant use your original backup that you previously had. The tuner when its unlocked will be like it is from the factory. So you would need to install a DS tune and it will copy the original backup again (which will most likely be different than your other backup so its no good).

Your HF tune probably wont work and you may need to contact Sean about getting a tune that is to your new original backup.

If your tuner says its not married, it is unlocked. From there, you can backup your "new" factory tune and send it to Sean. You SHOULD be able to install a stock DS 87/91/93 tune though.

Called diablo this morning and had to do a forced calibration update. Truck was then reset to stock and I was able to install diablos 93 perf tune. Ill be in contact with sean later to reinstall my hemi fever tune
