Diablosport Trinity/Superchips Flashpaq comparisons?

I know this is a topic that that has been beat down deep in the dirt, but I completely failed in find a topic comparing the Trinity to the Flashpaq.

I don't really know a lot about tuners, but I know I want one that will shutdown MDS. I friggin' HATE it. I've read that Superchips is tried and true on Hemi trucks, but I love the look of the Trinity. Diablo's website says that the Trinity can turn off MDS and includes transmission tuning, but I know that can change from truck to truck.

Basically Im asking...is the Trinity worth the extra cost over the Flashpaq? Or is it all flash and no performance?

Unless you are going to add a custom tune, then the Flashpaq is more than enough tuner for your truck. And at half the price of the Trinity, it is a tough mod to beat for the 3rd gens.

I seriously doubt I'll ever go for a custom tune. I'm just in love with the virtual gauge capabilities of the Trinity. But if Superchips delivers at half the price, I think I'll swing for it. I was hoping to get a response from you lol.

If you aren't going to custom tune, the Flashpaq is your best bet. Plus down the line you can upgrade to the advanced trans tuning, which is awesome and gives you total control of all part throttle shifts. Definitely pick it up from Moe's!

If you want the gauges then you can run an AI in a pillar pod. Will be close to buying a trinity if you go that route with a flashpak
