Truck pulls to the right all the time. The tops of the front tires slightly lean I'm (neg camber?). I know an alignment would fix it but can someone tell me if the camber who'll make it pull to the right?

Yes, camber can cause a pull if the camber difference between both sides equals 1 degree or more. Usually the pull will favor the side with lowest camber.
