Did I do something wrong?

Howdy!

I was looking to make a purchase through the site until I got to the shipping section. Is there a possibility that I did something wrong to cause the shipping costs to be almost the cost of the black plastic interior pieces. I for the life of me can't figure out how that is even possible on maybe 5-10lbs of plastic. Even with the coupon it's still almost as much. Any insight would be appreciated. Included a picture to help out as well. Thanks!

Hi,

I would need your email address to view the order contents to see if there is a dimensional error.

Also please understand shipping costs are calculated by Dimensional Weight not physical weight, This has been the industry standard for a few years now.

Good to know! I wasn't familiar with it being dimensions over weight. Makes sense in terms of being able to stack packages in a way you can get more out.

I didn't place the order just yet as I was a bit concerned about the shipping costs. I'll PM you my email shortly. Thank you very much for your time sir.
