So I need to replace a sensor so I have to disconnect the battery. Does my radio lose its memory, like updates I’ve done to it? Also I bought the rough country speedometer tuner. Would unplugging the battery mess with any of that? It’s the first time I’ve had to actually work on the truck besides normal maintenance.

The radio does not loose its memory. Chances are your speedo correction will be good also. Not like a Dart that throws CELs when the battery is disconnected.

What sensor are you replacing? Unless it’s an airbag related part you’ll be fine leaving the battery connected.
