Dissatisfied customer service

I ordered a 4 inch Superlift kit with Bilstien shocks from 4wheelparts late Feb early March paid in full. Superlift and Bilstien could not provide me the shocks I paid for for over 6 months. I got the run around. Last straw being told by Superlift the shocks were shipped. Still nothing. I had the lift installed and was refunded 800 and some change for the shocks. I'm happy with the product but the customer service is lacking big time. Just a heads up.

That's funny I just called them yesterday to ask about price matching and the dude was super rude on the phone. I siad eff it. I'm gong through discount tire... at least you can go to the store and ***** slap someone if they eff up. Lol

The product is good but they (Superlift) seemed irritated every time I called. The irritating thing is they have the product on hand now but I just had it with waiting.

Well I have to think that the $800 would really make up for it, thats a lot of money being refunded and you still got what you paid for. Just think about it, it doesn't have those 6 months of use and tear on it that they would have today! ******* truck man, looks sexy, i love the grey with black wheels.

Well those guys may be jackasses on the phone, but I would pin most of the blame on Bilstein. I know I ordered mine back in Feb and by May I was sick of the ongoing backorder and found a set from a guy on dodgetalk. Just curious, what shocks were you getting for $800 anyway?

You can't beat the service of Discount Tire, I am definately shopping there online again when I need too!!

I bought the lift with Bilstien SS shocks. Made for Superlift, I guess that's why they are so much.

I should have gone with BDS. Oh well lesson learned.
