I have a neighbor down the street with a srt10. He always drives past my house and it sounds like hes not keeping a steady speedy. His exhuast is going in and out in and out like hes punching the gas pedal as he goes down the street.

He literally just past again.

Mine does that when "Eco" mode comes on or is trying to come on. Annoys the crap outta me, been thinking about disabling MDS altogether.

Could be tune issues if he is cammed and has heads on it. Or possibly just playing with the throttle. Is it a RCSB or a QCSB? Some mods will give you a surge of 100 RPMs or so, if hes got a light LSA cam with some lift its prob that.

.3 mpg on a trip I took. 120 miles one way, swapped to MDS off.......got .3 better. not worth it for me to hear that ****. AND, I got 20.7 on the way to Dave's Sunday. 93 tune, MDS off, pretty aggressive tranny tune.

If the guy is over 40 then he prob has dropped some dough in the motor, maybe ask him bout the truck 1 of 2 things will happen. Either he will say eff off and be a ****, or take intrest in ya asking about his truck and show it to ya. Most guys will tell ya whats been done to their rides unless yall are at a track getting ready to run.

Its either a surge or he's giving it some gas and letting off and giving her some more. My bet is he is giving her some gas and letting off, its a 500hp truck trying to go 25-35mph.... its doing the exact opposite of what it was designed to do lol

My MDS is off (yeah, I know the SRT doesn't have it) but at low RPM/speed I get this pulsation I can hear and almost feel, however I can't really see the tach move

A V-10 sounds totally different than a V-8. Revs different, takes a second to come down off high revs........ Mine sounds mean I've been told..... idles at about 700 rpm just starts to lope a bit, Hardware is: 3.5" mid-pipes w/ highflow cats, Bassani 5 tube headers, dual magnaflow w/4" exits .......... it rumbles. But they all kinda sound strange on desceleration, almost pop, but not quite. I'll try to get a clip of mine for ya's .... then you guys decide.
