Hello,

I have dodge ram 1500 5,7 hemi. Bilstein all over 2,8 front, 1,5" back spacer, 35mm wheel spacers. I know they will fit fine, but my question is my gear ratio is 3.21. Ive ret pretty much everything about the topic i possibly can. Im not towing at all, its my daily driver my dream car since i was a kiddo. Im pushing it to be according my dreams :)

Im running peddal commander, and vararam is on the way, along with edge pulsar. As im not able to get any tune here in Europe, czech republic, Prague and around.

What you guys think about performace on 35"s now im running 33"s and i feel it ok, just tranny is somewhat slow sometimes. But overally i love the car.

I really dont want to regear to 3.92 as im not towing anything. Max load for the car is 250kg me, wife, kiddo, dog and some mats, pads, ropes i need for my work in film industry.

what you think guys?

I own a 2017 Ram 1500 SLT, 5.7Hemi, CC, short bed, 6-Speed, 4x4, 392gears, stock tires(265/70/17).

I can only speak from my experiences. I love my setup. It takes a strong headwind, steep grade or a combo of the two for my truck to grab a gear. Here in Southern Alberta, it's notorious for the wind. Just nasty at times. Other than that my truck never shifts. I can set the cruise @ 70mph. Moderate crosswinds & hills, the "ECO" turns off, she'll increase the RPM's by approximately 200 and that's usually all she needs. Even though I don't do a great deal of towing, I'm happy that I went w/the set up I did. Specifically the 392gears.

Is your truck a 6-speed or 8-speed? Two wheel drive or 4x4?

If you're planning on continuing to run 33" tires or bigger, I would definitely re-gear. You won't regret it. If your truck is two wheel drive, it won't be as expensive!

Good luck.

Oh thanks! i got 35" resting in my bedroom now i have 4x4 3.21 grears 6speed. I was thinking all the problems i read, is specificaly when ppl towing, im not planning to do so. I bought it 2nd hand cause here we have no dodge dealers and find pretty one (no rust, no accidents) here is really hard i was looking months for my car.
