dodge ram power wire problem

So today I just unplugged my stereo and the yellow voltage power riped off the connection. After pluging everything back stereo didn't work. Then I noticed that my doors won't lock unless the key is in the ignition. Same goes for my dash it doesn't illuminate unless I have key in the ignition. The yellow cable is only giving about 2 volts instead of 12. I have checked fuses all worked except chism. This is a 2003 dodge ram quad cab any help? Thanks

its not pluged in all the way then because the yellow wire is the constant power wire and that is why nothin is turning on and if it is take the negative terminal off the battery for about 20min then put it back on and it should reset everything if it does work
