Dodge ram uconnect 12"

Hello all,

I have a 12" uconnect on a 2019 Dodge ram 2500 limited. For some reason the app stopped working (remote start, unlock, lock) the dealership is telling me it's a flaw with the 2019 and is currently down. I don't think that's a true statement. If anyone has a 2019 Dodge ram 2500 w/12" screen can you tell me if you can remote unlock from your mobile uconnect app? Thank you

I have a 2019 1500 limited and have been back to dealership twice for issues with my unit... Customer service and U connect are working on a fix( software) for these units but might not be done until end of year!!! Very disappointed!
