Does anyone have a magnaflow 16870?

It says tubing 3" tip is 3.5" catback exhaust. I have no idea. This is my first truck and i want to set it up. Im just looking for mufflers that will work on my 2012 ram 1500 4.7liter

Yes thats not too far just past crossiron mills. lol. Maybe i will meet you up sometime. There are a lot of rf members here in alberta. maybe we should meet up. what kind of mufflers do you have?

The one that comes with the 18670 kit,lol.
It's the 5X11X22.
If you're shopping for Magnaflow systems,Canadian Tire is probably your cheapest source.
They beat the internet prices when i was shopping for the kit.
Price at Airdrie Crappy Tire a couple month's ago was $746.00 and it was in the Red Deer warehouse,so a day away.
If you want to listen to my truck in person,i'll meet you somewhere in the city.
Preferably the north-end,lol.

Your truck will have the factory hangers for dual exhaust,the 18670 bolts right in.
Took me about 2 hours to do mine,on my driveway just using hand tools.
Getting the rubber hangers off your orginal hangers is the hardest part of the job

If you're happy with your existing piping, a new muffler from Magnaflow is only $125 (free shipping, too!) and a few clamps from CT; there are cheaper options than the full cat back.

This sounds good. My piping is still good (well a little rusted) but it will still do for now. I will check online about this one. Any suggestion on what muffler is good?

Yup i did. Thanks for the reply rick. For CAI not for now. I have seen post that cai once it gets crispy from the engine heat it looses its true purpose but we will see coz mostly its cold here. But i know CAI adds up a little bit power to your engine because its not restricting the airflow.
