I missed the show, so someone clue me in on what mods are on that truck to get it as a show winner.

Myself, Dave, Harry, Michelle, Heather, and the guy with the 2500 mega cab...white, I forget his name.

I missed the show, so someone clue me in on what mods are on that truck to get it as a show winner.

That's what I am trying to figure out. He took 1st place, in my class, wild. I took third. I see it's lifted, and has tires...on stock wheels, stick on chrome handles, the bull bar, the cap is tilted, but I was told has no a/v, stock interior...so like asked above, how is this a first place rig, not to mention, how is it "wild"? I also got a little po'd that someone from the invitational display got 2nd place in mild. When I did it two years ago, you either were on the show field, or the display...I don't think that's fair. I'm not knocking either truck, just a little confused.

Got me dude. And I'm totally not normally one to ***** about this kinda stuff...but heck I could of easily saved 20 grand, and put 2-3 grand in to build a "show winner" apparently.

Dan..Is it possible the Judges don't know bout Rams. I'd have sour Grapes Too! Why the tilted Cap? I have mine Bolted in 4 Places and am not too fat Yet to Crawl into the Back even with my so-called veteran knee. That ones got fancy flush windows (3 k vs 2) I wouldn't want to tilt that open around here with the winds we get.. Anyhow your truck is pretty cool and not overdone by any means and gives incentive to others on here to Get-R-Done and improve... improve...Dan.

The woman that judged my truck, said she was parked near me at All Chrysler. So, I'd assume so. However, never once asked about my mods etc..And the tilt bed, I think it's supposed to be "custom", like my hood. And thanks for the compliment.

Who did your hood by the way? Its pretty damn cool only seen 3 trucks with it so far. None in person though.

Thanks, I did the brace myself, and had a local shop do the actuators. I don't touch wires. lol
