With the first 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona all-electric models about to hit showrooms, Dodge is offering a special welcome for these high-performance EVs. These exclusives are part of the First Call editions and will include some unique content and a VIP experience through the Radford Racing School and a concierge to help you during your own transition from internal combustion to EV power.

Dodge is celebrating these first-year all-electrics with a First Call package. This will give R/T and Scat Pack owners the opportunity to enjoy some exclusive features and be part of a unique club, of sorts, with the first-ever all-electric Charger. First, these owners will get two days of high-performance driving instruction at the Radford Racing School in these brand-new Charger Daytonas. Since many of these owners will be transitioning from their ICE-powered Chargers and Challengers to the all-electric Daytona, Dodge has created a VIP concierge to answer questions they have and schedule their time at the Radford Racing School after taking delivery of their new car. Finally, these First Call owners will get a welcome kit that includes an official letter of authenticity that their vehicle is a First Call model, get Dodge-branded driving gloves, and more that Dodge hasn't fully detailed just yet.

The only catch is that you need to place an order for a 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T or Scat Pack by October 31, 2024 to secure a First Call model. Luckily, much like the Last Call models, Dodge is opening the Dodge Horsepower Locater tool up to the new Charger Daytonas to help new owners find their perfect car. You can head to this link or go to the DodgeGarage.com website to find a dealer who specializes in these EV muscle cars and narrow your search down by trim and zip code. You can also build your dream 2024 Charger Dayona online with Dodge's configurator, which gives you an in-depth, 360-degree view of this electrifying new Charger Daytona.

They should have made the 2 door when they still had the Hemi! No interest now!

You know it's getting bad when car makers have to bribe people to buy their products :D

I didn't like these when Dodge first announced them and I don't like them now. I don't care how fast an EV might be, I don't commute to work on a race track. I think they're one of the ugliest two door cars you can buy right now. The appeal of the Challenger and Charger, hell even the Mustang and the Camaro for that matter, was that there was some resemblance to the original versions (more so for the Challenger). I also have zero interest in these.

I'm not in the market, but the included track days with instruction is smart. Actually one of the smarter things Dodge has done lately. Selling an exclusive experience along with the product appeals to the right demographics, drives sales, and builds brand loyalty. Ford does free instruction offers for new Raptor and Bronco purchasers, and it's been well received.

FCA offered free driving school days when you bought the earlier Hellcats, long before Ford did.

Dodge and Bob Bondurant have announced a new partnership that will see the latter become the former's official high-performance driving school.

The deal will see the Bondurant school's entire fleet of nearly 100 vehicles switched over from mostly General Motors products to Dodge Chargers, Challengers, and Vipers. It will give paying customers the chance to drive models like the new Hellcats and even the Viper ACR (for those deemed qualified to drive it) on the track in Arizona.

The arrangement won't only benefit Bondurant clients, though. Anyone who buys or leases a new SRT model will get a one-day course at the school, including professional instruction on track. They'll have to pay for their own travel and accommodations, but the instruction will hopefully show more drivers of SRT vehicles how to handle all that muscle they've got at their disposal.

- Racing participants who qualify will get to experience the Dodge Viper ACR, the fastest street-legal Viper track car ever

November 3, 2015 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - New Dodge/SRT buyers grab your racing shoes and helmets – Dodge is teaming up with the legendary Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving to create "The Official High Performance Driving School of Dodge/SRT."

Starting Jan. 1, 2016, Dodge customers who purchase or lease a 2015 or 2016 Dodge/SRT can experience a high-performance driving class with professional instruction and time on the track where they can develop their racing and driving skills in a one-day performance-packed adventure.

Dodge will provide the rides – nearly 100 SRT vehicles – including the 707-horsepower Dodge Charger and Challenger SRT Hellcats. In fact, Bondurant's entire fleet of cars is being converted to Dodge Chargers, Challengers and Vipers. Participants who qualify will have the rare opportunity to drive the Dodge Viper ACR, the fastest street-legal Viper track car ever.

"We want drivers to develop an appreciation for the levels of performance our Dodge/SRT vehicles are capable of delivering," said Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler, Fiat, FCA – North America. "Teaming up with Bob Bondurant, whose method of training has served more than a half-million drivers from around the world for nearly half a century, gives our Dodge/SRT owners the perfect track environment and professional guidance to hone their performance driving skills and gives us the chance to expose our lineup of SRT vehicles to a new group of performance car enthusiasts."

When they arrive at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Chandler, Arizona, participants can combine advanced street driving skills with proven racing techniques and hours of track time for an unparalleled hands-on experience behind the wheel. Classes will include skid control, accident avoidance, line technique and a lead-and-follow session.

"In 47 years of being the global expert on driving instruction, I've been waiting for the right circumstances to launch the Bondurant Racing School to honor my championship legacy. Finally, that day is here," said Bob Bondurant – Owner, Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving. "The Dodge/SRT muscle cars provide me the perfect platform needed to thoroughly teach road racing."

SRT customers have one year from their purchase or lease date to take advantage of the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving opportunity. Dodge will give eligible customers access to the school and vehicles for track driving. Participants can make a weekend trip out of the experience, but are responsible for their own hotel accommodations and travel.

Bob Bondurant has been at the forefront of professional driving instruction since 1968. Using the Bondurant Method, more than 500,000 students – ranging from racers and celebrities, to teenagers, professionals and police officers – have learned from Bondurant's expertise.

FCA offered free driving school days when you bought the earlier Hellcats, long before Ford did.

So what's the difference in offering it for this first edition vs that one?

It's a good idea regardless of ICE vs EV and maybe they should have kept it up for their lineup. Ford's been doing it since 2017, not just for launches. Just another example of cheaping out and lack of investment in Dodge.

I'm honestly not opposed to a Hurricane Charger as a road trip car. I like the exterior on the new one, and we'll see on the interior. I'm going to drive my Camaro as long as I physically can, I suspect, and don't know I'll ever buy a new car so probably irrelevant.

I hope no one orders them... I hope they lose their a$$ on them.
So tired of this EV bull $hit being shoved down our throat.
EV's have a place... Hydrogen power has it's place... and a V8 muscle car has a place.

Can't we all just get along?

Very carefully wording this one, so read into what you like.

Pre-production models are being tested. I would not be interested in one regardless of powertrain *at this point*.
