Door chime with ACC pushed

Not sure if this is supposed to be posted here in the interior section or electronics but here goes. Has anyone find a work around to leaving the drivers door open while the push button is in the ACC position without the door chime sounding off?

I have not done this on my latest couple of trucks but I used to just unplug the chimes whenever I bought a new truck or car.
