I push the stop to shut the truck off...get out (hear all the doors unlock).
Press the lock button on the driver door (hear all the doors lock).
Close the driver door (not holding the handle of course) and 2 seconds later the doors all UNLOCK. WTF ?

This is random but about 1/3 of the time it happens.

So, I re open the driver door, press the lock button AGAIN and shut the door and everything stays locked.

I have been very careful to make sure my hand is nowhere near the handle so the computer doesnt get confused.

Anyone see this and if so, what might be a fix?

Everything on the RAM is flashed up to date.

My old 2005 2500 would randomly lock the doors, when I stepped out of the truck, even without using the key fob. My wife's 2012 Wrangler has done it too. With automatic locks I now make it a standard procedure to never exit the vehicle without the keys.

My 2500 was a month old. I was traveling between Kansas City and Omaha. I got out of the truck on a remote exit ramp to stretch. The truck "auto locked" and I was stuck on the highway ramp with no cell phone coverage, no houses or places of business near by. Nothing. Truck is sitting there running and locked. I ended up getting a metal fence post and breaking out one of the rear quad cab side windows. One month old truck!!!! Ouch that hurt ! I didn't even waste my time trying to get the dealer to cover it. I simply make it a policy to always have my keys with me when I exit any vehicle with auto locks. Even if they are dis-abled
