Downstream o2 sensor

I’m getting a p0038 code but the only thing I can see wrong is a fluctuating voltage in the downstream o2 sensor, hinting at a dirty or bad cc. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t that be a p0420 code instead? I already replaced the sensor , that didn’t fix it, I’m wondering where to move on from here. Thank you

I had similar problem on my last Ram, replaced the sensor 2x, turned out to be a bad wire connector to the sensor. Replaced that and all fixed. Maybe check the wire for any damage(?). Good luck.
