My '17 Sport (one month old) has its first problem. The console on the driver's door that controls locks, windows, and mirrors is dead. Nothing works. I can lock the doors and roll the pass window up and down using the pass-side console. I tested the fuse, OK. I tested the hot side of the fuse receptacle, plenty of power. I also pulled the hot off of the battery for about 10 minutes to see if such a thing as a computer reset exists that might cure the issue - no luck. Pretty bummed that now I have to take it in for service - never an easy chore with dealers.

My best guess is all the door controls are power by a harness that has come unplugged. Let us know how it turns out.

Hi UbuGray,

Sorry to hear about this, if you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed. Just send us a PM with your VIN and let me know!

Have you gotten the switch really wet? Left the door open in the rain too long or spilled your coffee on it.

If not the plug to the switch may have come loose (or wasn't fully plugged in at the factory) or the switch itself is bad. Either way it is a trip to the dealer for warranty work.
