My driver side window will not lower or raise. I've replaced the switch, the window motor. I've also checked the window regulator/track and the fuses all things work. I have power to the motor plug but still doesn't work. I can raise and lower the window when I hook a drill battery to the top to posts on the window motor plug. Any advice on how to fix this? Truck is a 2017 RAM 1500 Express

Is the power to the end of the harness only on when you flip the switch? Power should alternate for up and down, do you have power when down is pressed? What is the voltage measured at that point? If it is sufficient to power the window motor then my first thought is you have another(?) bad motor. Take it off and book direct to a power source and see if you can activate it.

I've tried flipping the switch but the power outage stays the same, no changes.

Maybe the body control module or fuse is bad. Or the wires at the door hinge has a little short also make sure everything is grounded properly. There’s just too much extra electrical bull crap on these vehicles anymore. Also it’s possible that new parts can be bad.

When you remove the inner Door Card & then plug the Door Switch back in & work it.
Can you feel things like the locking mechanism or window motor trying to function ?

While removing the Door Card, be careful of the Manual Door Locking Mechanism.
That Rod is not as Sturdy as it looks, lift it straight up until the rod is clear of the door card
