Still no resolution

In follow up to the above, I picked up my truck today and they replaced the sun visor assembly with new. Problem is resolved and it fits up snug against the headliner now.

Glad to here yours is resolved.

I am going to show the dealer your post on my next trip.

If your dealer says it dropping 1/4", or any amount is normal - and your passenger visor stays put - one of them is not right. Up to the dealer which one.

Quick note...

Regretfully my new driver side visit assembly is demonstrating saggy symptoms just like the original. I'm positive it's going to end up doing the same thing. I guess I'll just have them warranty replaced as often as Chrysler wants before they realize that make crappy visors and need an actual fix.
