Sun Visor fallen out

My sun visor on my 2015 Doge Ram 1500 started falling forward while driving. Eventually I bought a replacement and had the new one installed. It was fine for awhile but after awhile the visor, when pulled down, would start to pull out of roof. It could be pushed back in but then it would not stay up at all. Finally, it fell out completely. I do not care about the mirror light, but not having a visor , especially when very sunny, is distressing. Can anyone give me any advice on how to get it back in and working? The place where I had it installed is no longer around.

Are the screws which hold it to the roof ok? Does yours look like this one?
