Driving light install

I have a 2020 ram classic and I want to install driving lights into my tow hook area, does anyone have a how to so I can get this accomplished with adding a factory headlight switch, and factory driving light harness?

I've done it with these lights https://www.ebay.com/itm/112593508288
I mounted the switch on the small panel above the e-brake and took power from the 3 way fuse that powers one of the cigar lighters so its key on power only.

Just to confirm did you mean this phrasing "with" or did you mean to type "without" ?
