E brake cable hitting frame

I like to drive with all the windows down a lot and I have been hearing a lot of banging. Figured out that I think it is the E brake cable tensioner hitting a frame gusset. The cable isn't sagging. Anyone else have this and if so, did you fix it?

Truck is a 2018, 4x4.

Not sure what a 2018 looks like but see if it has this foam thing on it I assume its to keep it away from frame Your cable also may just be lose enough to make noise.

It has the foam, but the part thats hitting is the part to the right on the picture. Cable is tight-ish. I wouldn't want to adjust it any tighter.
