Hello,
I'm running a 98 1500 van 5.2, in the UK, what's the engine advice about using E10 gas, it's being phased in here?
Many thanks,
Sven.

We have had that fuel for quite a while here in the USA. E10 was introduced as part of an amendment to the Clean Air Act in 1990..

Your 318ci (5.2) will run fine on this fuel. You may notice a slight drop off in fuel mileage due to the lesser BTU's produced by this fuel. You might see a loss of about 1.0mpg.

I miss the UK but not the fuel price.
back in 2010, Saab 1900 turbo diesel, can’t remember size of tank, not huge maybe 12 galls, used to cost me then 70 GBP, well over $100.
All sodding tax!
