There are some good companies on ebay making quality parts. I would do my homework before buying any of them. With that said there are some things that i cannot bring myself to cheap out on and suspension parts are top on the list. Ask yourself is it worth risking your life.

Suspension components should be right at the top of the list of things to not cheap out on. Buy good components, and wheels with proper offset and be happy your truck is safe and sound.

That being said, wheel spacers suck in general. There are a litany of reason but top among the lost would be increased bearing wear due to excessive scrub radius. A small spacer (5-15mm) can be used to make minor adjustments safely. 2" is just stupidly too far and I would reccomend against it.

Remember, good isn't cheap and cheap isn't good. Sure, wheels are expensive, but that's for good reason. And just because other people are doing it doesn't make it a good idea. Millions of people smoke every day too and Its still moronic.

A lot of guys don't put spacers or adaptors on because they're cheap. I put them on because I love the longhorn wheels. They look really good and I couldn't find any aftermarket wheels that I wanted to put on.

A lot of guys do this for the same reason I did.

OP do your homework on the parts, especially the wheel adaptors. I talked to the owner of Motosport who makes Bora adaptors. He's a Ram guy and he uses them himself. He said he had guys pulling 20K goosenecks daily for work using his adaptors. They're a great product and backed by a lifetime warranty!
