Has anyone ever had an electrical issue with sensors and you go in and fiddle with it, fix the problem without actually finding the problem or have a clue what you did to fix it...
I have still been chasing the same ABS issue with the right wheel speed sensor, so I finally caved and took it to the dealer where they couldn't figure a thing out and wanted to charge me $400ish to make a temp work around harness to see if its the harness as the problem. I said no thanks, I can do that myself.
All sensors test good, wiring all looks good on inspection has no grounded wires that arent supposed to be...
So I swapped sensors from drivers side, rerouted wiring locations cause I didn't like how stretched the right rear was (where the problem is) and so far I have yet to have a ABS / Traction control light come on and screw up the trans shifting... wondering what was actually wrong in the first place.
Oh and dealer said the right rear would lose tone at about 40mph causing the trans to shift funny and such....
