There are a few things to investigate before you condemn your truck.

I like to start with the easy items and work up to the more complex and/or tedious ones as required.

Start with the battery condition, connections, and common grounds before heading to the TIPM.

How old is your battery?
Regardless of the age, load testing with a toaster-style battery load tester will provide definitive results, they're about $18 from Harbour Freight.

Parts stores use digital load testers that are prone to false positives.

Remove and clean all battery connections or confirm no crud under the clamps and all connections are snug.

This will likely be the best $4 you have invested. A battery post cleaner.

Verify the power and ground connections to the Body Control Module (BCM). Make sure all connectors and wiring into and out of the BCM are clean and adequately attached. Follow the wiring harness to/from the BCM to look for damaged wiring.

Investigate and clean up all common grounds.

Were any changes or mods performed just before these issues started?
What is the mileage and history, specifically, the development of these issues?

And, welcome to Ram Forum.

Reset, and I think there is one switch for all of those parts, multi switch.

The multi-function switch had crossed my mind, too.
Why not start with the basic B+ testing, and then move on to testing the multi-function switch?

To the OP, if you search multi-function switch troubleshooting using the search utility in the upper-right corner, you will discover many threads on the topic.

If the switch was causing the headlight/wiper issue, the taillight could be another independent failure.

The OP never indicated any connection to high beam or low beam.
Hopefully, they will respond and provide a history, as well as how the faults developed.
