After driving long distances 4 to 5 hours I get a blind spot not working warning and then the interior fan and heat go to max. Can't turn them off the control lights blink on and off, can't operate the front windows and the the infotainment centre becomes inoperable.

Do you still have the original oem battery installed?

I'd start by removing the battery clamps, and cleaning both the posts and clamps. Then lightly coat both with a thin layer of dielectric grease.

Get one of these. I try to clean & grease battery posts & terminals about every 6 months or more often.

Then measure the battery surface charge with the truck off, then running at a minimum of 1500 rpm. Off you should see about 12.5 to 12.8 VDC, on at 1500 rpm, about 14 to 14.5 VDC.

The Mopar oem batteries aren't the best and anytime after 3 or more years, most likely it's replacement time. Do yourself a big favour and buy an aftermarket brand.

My '21 Warlock is about 13 months old and the battery hasn't impressed me from day 1.

And welcome.gifto Ram Forum.
