engine add ons

I have a 2013 ram v6.
I am thinking about a couple of add ons and looking for some advice.
A cold air intake. How good is it in the winter or do I have to switch it back to stock?
An intake spacer. How much better is it for engine performance and fuel economy?

The only CAI which may cause problems in a winter such as ours is the Vararam. I'm ordering a filter wrap for my filter on my S&B CAI with scoop, and not even removing the scoop for the winter.

TB spacers are a waste of $ for our application. There is another ram forum on the net- do a Google search, find the thread and save yourself some $. A ported TB would be money better spent.
