Engine Coolant 5.9 Engine

2000 Ram Sport 1500 4X4 5.9 Engine.

I pulled the radiator cap to check the coolant level and this is what I found:



What would cause this? I have never seen this in any other radiator I've had.

Also, the coolant in the overflow tank appears to be orange, maybe gold color. Would that be HOAT coolant?

Possibly a blown plenum gasket.
