Probably needs either a HVAC/BCM flash, and/or U may have a bad sensor (thermostat/HVAC sensor). I have the 850 watt E Fan, and to be honest, not bother me. But of course, I have gone down many a road, trail, mountain, highway listening to the roaring Fan in a HumVee, lol.
