Engine swap

Good evening new to the forum need some info on a 5.2 to 5.9 swap original is a 99 ram 4x4 with over 400,000 miles on original motor but believe crank broke or through a rod bearing, bought a 2000 ram 4x4 with 5.9 to throw in it until I get the original rebuilt, my question is in regards to the wiring harness it appears the original harness is different from the 5.9 I already swapped flex plate, but will original harness hook up to donor motor

Should all be the same. You'll have to swap ecm for the tune is different.

I was going to pull ecm from donor so I don't have to flash mine, just wasn't sure about wiring harness because injector ends are different on mine and naturally different injectors on donor
5.9, better to ask for help than through alot of $$$$$at it

swap out the injectors too. or just get adaptors from ev1 to ev6 but then you got another link to fail.
