My EPS has failed while driving and the steering wheel is hard to turn. Then it starts to work again and when it does you over correct and are all over the road. It is a in and out thing not constant. Am I the first person to have this on the 2019 @10000 miles. Dropped off at dealer this morning and waiting to see what they say.

Dealer said the only codes that display are the Electric power steering fault and overcharge. Not sure what the problem is with steering. They are going to keep the truck to see if they can duplicate the issue. Anyone with knowledge on this would be appreciated.

Glad they found the problem. This might help other folks down the road.

Just for an update it was a loose ground to chassis
Most modern electronic systems have many grounds, so one bad or loose ground doesn’t stop the system from working (although the battery to chassis is a single ground most times). Please keep us updated, and could you post which ground it was. There have been some problems with EPS on the 4th Gen site.
