Error code 20 on apple car ply

Has anyone experienced error code 20 on dashboard Apple CarPlay. The dealership said it would cost me $1200 to replace. I did an update a couple nights ago and in the morning it doesn’t work. air conditioning, heat,heated seats back up camera and a couple extra accessories that all don’t work. need some help

Just got the same error as well. I called Uconnect and they have directed me to visit the dealer. However they said if the dealer is trying to charge you, then to call them back and they will escalate the case. You should not have to pay anything, even if you are not under the warranty because you didn't cause this issue, Uconnect did.

That makes the 2nd or 3rd post I've seen this month with the same error code 20/ update problem.

Did anyone find a fix for this? My 2018 is showing error code 20 after an update.
