ERS and tow mode not working

I recently purchased a used 2011 ram 1500 ST with 4.7 liter. I need help getting the ERS and tow mode to work. Absolutely nothing happens when either buttons are pressed. Tow mode light does not even light up on cluster when I start the truck. I'm not a professional mechanic, but I can do most things. Any help is appreciated.

Doing the cluster diagnostic test, the bulb does work.

I have zero experience with that engine, but is it possible the former owner used a tuner on it and left it programmed? I am not sure how to tell, maybe look around the engine and performance section for some ideas.

Thanks I'll check that out, I'm kinda leaning towards it being a wire or connection problem...based on a few things I'm noticing. Fuse block has been changed, as has alternator and PCM. Those parts have white marker writing on them.
