Hi All,
+1 on the weight thing. My uncle has two 2003 RAMs with the Cummins and he flat out said that if he didn't have 4X4 they get parked as soon as the snow started to fall. He also said there is no way he would even think about trying to follow my 1500 5.7 off road. The weight difference is tremendous and it is a serious hindrance to off roading. For towing and pulling big weight you cannot beat the Cummins, but for off road not so much. The Power Wagon whether used for it or not, is an off road monster and everything about it is built and setup for that purpose. Trucks are tools and you have to buy the right tool for the job you are wanting to get done.
Both great trucks just for different things.
