Exhaust Frustration

Maybe I am not looking hard enough, but I cannot seem to find any cat-back systems for an '02 Regualr cab (4.7L). Can find plenty for quad cabs, but nothing for a regular. Would something that fits an '03 fit my '02 since it is a 3rd Gen '02 and not a 2nd Gen '02?
