Hey there everyone,
I have a 5 inch exhaust kit on my truck, but the last piece of the kit put the exhaust only a couple of inches behind my tire. I can’t get it to move back no matter what I try.

I was considering eliminating that last section of pipe and having it end after it comes up over the axle(axle dump it). My question is though, does anyone think I would have any issues being that I have a fluid film type under coating? It contains the following ingredients, “Severely Hydrotreated Oil, Acetone, Lithium Stearate, Fatty Acid, Castor Oil, Hydrogenated, Lithium Salts, and Hydrocarbon Resin.

My guess is with the oil contents of the under coating, I wouldn’t want to axle dump due to the heat. Give me your opinions please?

Thank you.
