Anyone running true duals with x pipe and no mufflers or resonators? I have the Super 10s right now with true dual and x pipe with 5'' tips. I've been considering cutting off the mufflers. Would it sound about the same as the mufflex muffler delete without the resonators even though its true dual or should I expect a different sound?

You'll get a different sound (not too different, though) and you'll lose some low end torque as well. You do need something in the system to promote exhaust scavenging.

Ok thanks. I know some of the challenger guys are deleting both muffler and resonators. They sound mean! Think I'll probly stick with what I've got tho.

THey do sound nasty without the mufflers but some of the Challenger, 300 & Charger HEMI drivers and tuners I know initially complained about the loss of some low end.

I tried it with my SRT8 and they were right. I put mufflers (Magnaflow) on the car and deleted the resonators. I'm glad I did because I got the grunt back.
