Exhaust tips

Has anyone cut the resonator off and put a new tip on? Did you have to add a length of pipe for the tip? It's a 4" pipe right? What size outlet would look good. The ones I'm finding with a 4" inlet have a very big outlet size. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest tip upgrade would be Moes 5" tips as they are complete bolt on, no welding required and can be done with hand tools on your drive way.

Note that I had these on my 2014 sport for only a few months before they began to rust. Matt @ Moes was quick to offer a refund, exhange or a discount on my next purchase. I reached out to him in the beginning of Feb 2016 to purchase new tips at a discounted rate and he didn't respond to me, kind of sucks!

I think the OP has a 2500 with the 6.4, so our tips wont work for him though.
