doubt it. oil cooler was standard but tranny cooler i think was an option. im tow equiped too

If you have a hitch it should come with a tranny cooler.

I believe all Ram 1500s come with a transmission cooler. When researching on the ramtrucks.com the heavy duty radiator and transmission oil cooler were listed under standard equipment. Even on the ST. I think if you get a hemi it's standard.

o, and due to the mds, do they require synthetic ? and i do believe its 5w20 rite.

All 4th gens no matter the engine have trans cooler and wired for towing as far as I know. Tow package does not mean they have a receiver however.

5W-20 is a must for MDS and to keep warranty synthetic is not. You could disable MDS on 10 and older then use oil you want but I believe different weights wreck MDS.

Yes an express has a tranny cooler. I was under mine the other day and you can see the lines out of the transmission and going up to the cooler with the radiator.
