I have a 15 express crew cab and am looking to upgrade the seats and steering wheel if possible. I don't care about the heated or vented option, but power would be nice. I want to stick with the bench seat with fold up console in the front, and have the option of 60/40 fold up in the rear instead of one solid piece. Would I need the big horn seats? I also want the audio controls on the back of the wheel, would they hook right up to my 5.0 system with a wheel from a big horn? I'm looking for pricing estimates and any help. Thanks in advance, this places kicks ass.

They are not hard to install. You will need the harness the two switches and the back steering wheel cover. The hardest part is removing the air bag but it's not really that difficult. There are a ton of posts on it. Definitely doable for a first time D.I.Y. It will work fine on your 5.0.

I got a full set of heated/cooled leather Laramie front and rear seats and a leather steering wheel with audio controls on eBay for $1,300 to my door. My front seat is the 40/20/40 also. I hooked up 12 volts to the seats so the power functions work, don't really care about heat and cool all that much since its such a hassle to get working in an Express like mine. DocHoliday has done it but it looks hard but if you really want it, it can be done.

Steering wheel was a great upgrade to leather and audio controls.

Did Laramie door panels as well since i hated the basic Express ones.
