Exterior trim and moulding

i've got an 87 w150 single cab short bed thats missing the black trim at the end of the bed on the passenger side and can't seem to find any replacements anywhere. i was considering taking the rest off but notices the clips were on what look like nail heads on the body and dont know what to do about that. any recommendations or advice on where to find new trim

Check lmc. I think they have a trim that looks very similar.
