Factory running board pads

I have full length factory Ram running boards on my 2500, cab to cab. The drivers side pad has begin to crack and is starting to break. I would like to just replace the pad, but have been unsuccessful in locating a replacement. I even called the dealer and they were not sure on it. I see the 24" ones all over, but not the longer ones. If the longer ones are not around, does anyone know if you could use the 24" step pads and actually make it look good?

Ebay has em.... replaced mine awhile back.

Daveray9, those appear to just be the 25" ones. I have the full length ones that run the length of both doors. Do you know if they are interchangeable?
